Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa, and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Standing at 5,895 metres above sea level, the mountain is part of the Kilimanjaro National Park and is an incredible place to see and experience.

With the help of Yellow Zebra Safaris, CLEFT is offering you the chance to climb Mt Kilimanjaro and take on this incredible challenge whilst also helping to raise vital funds to support children born with clefts.

The trip will start on the 18th October and will take 10 days. During the ascent you'll walk among lush mountain forest and ancient lava formations to reach the glacial peak before descending through tropical rainforest alive with birdsong, all with incredible views of the vast African planes below.

The entire trip is designed and managed by Yellow Zebra Safaris who are accredited as being Europe's leading safari tour operator for the last four years in a row and who have been featured in the National Geographic Traveller magazine. So you'll be in very safe and experienced hands, ensuring that this really is the trip of a lifetime and one that you'll never forget!
