I am currently a final year medical student at Kings. I developed an interest in paediatric surgery during the Child Health rotation in my fourth year of medical school, and through this learnt of the fantastic work CLEFT delivers both within the UK and around the world. Outside of my studies I am a keen runner, something I began after signing up to Race for Life a few years ago, and have since gone on to raise money for multiple charities by completing events ranging from 5Ks to marathons. I hope to fundraise for CLEFT by completing some further running events throughout the year, as well as by organising events to involve and raise awareness of CLEFT within the wider KCL student community.
