When our son Tristan was born with a cleft lip, we were faced with many questions and uncertainties. Having access to clear, trustworthy information and family-focused support made a significant difference to us as parents. Tristan’s surgery was carried out by Dr Brian Sommerlad at Great Ormond Street Hospital, whose skill and care were exceptional, helping us feel confident and supported throughout the journey.

We have created this fundraising page as a long-term way to give back through our family business, Dinate Engineering, and to offer our customers, partners, and friends the opportunity to support families affected by cleft lip.

Any donation, no matter the size, helps ensure that parents receive the information, reassurance, and support they need at what can be a very overwhelming time.
