You will be given the option to set up your payment as a regular donation (monthly/ quarterly/ annually) or as a one-off donation. You can pick one of the suggested amounts, or choose your own amount.

We aim to keep our running costs costs as low as possible so that more of your donation goes towards one of our important projects. This is done in a number of ways:

• The day-to-day costs of running the CLEFT office is generously donated to the charity - we have no heating or water bills and no rent to pay for the office space.
• The printing and design costs of our current leaflet was generously donated by a supporter.
• We try to communicate digitally, where possible and we send an e-newsletter monthly to avoid unnecessary printing and postage costs.
• Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, a lot of work and professional advice has been and continues to be given free of charge.
• A large proportion of the travel cost to send the CLEFT team around the world has so far been funded by the Emirates Airline Foundation. They have kindly donated countless flights to Bangladesh saving us thousands of pounds.

Without the generosity of all the people who have donated valuable time and and more, the money that we receive from our donors and fundraisers would not go as far as it does to help bridge the gap in knowledge and care in clefts both in the UK and overseas.
